    UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative / Trainer to join our team in Austin, Texas.  

    UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions.  Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers.  UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.  

    The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:

    Department: Sales
    Reports To: VP/GM

    Purpose

    Primary responsibility with be the support of UBEO’s customer base in all post-sales support as well as support the sales department in all pre and post sales day to day requirements.  Post-sales support involves conducting training on all newly installed equipment and solutions at the customer’s site.  The Customer Service Representative will be required to communicate with all levels of an organization within UBEO’s customers sites.

    Responsibilities

    • Daily sales and office support for the sales division
    • Continued support of all customers both on the phone, email, and in the field
    • Continued education on all UBEO Solutions
    • Escalating customers queries and concerns
    • Troubleshooting common issues with products and services
    • Assisting with FMD’s.
    • May require some travel
    • Additional duties as assigned

    • Proficient in all MS Office products – Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint
    • Proficient with Adobe
    • Will work in CRM
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Must be able to multitask and have strong organizational skills
    • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily
    • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be a self-motivated individual with a high level of professionalism and accountability.
    • Must be attentive and patience with sometimes difficult customer situations
    • Must have strong time-management skills

    • 2-4 years industry experience preferred.
    • Must have an acceptable driving record and reliable form of transportation.

    • Ability to sit at desk or stand/walk at customer sites for prolonged periods at times.
    • Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.
    • Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.
    • Ability to operate a motor vehicle for travel to client sites.
    • Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion.
