    UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Managed Print Services Administrator to join our team in Middletown, CT.  

    UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions.  Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers.  UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.

    Reports To: Contracts Manager
    FLSA Status: Full Time / Hourly

    This position is responsible for providing customers with the supplies needed to ensure their office equipment is up and running properly.



    • Managing administrative program for MPS
    • Work with customer IT staff to ensure program is up and working efficiently.
    • Managing an existing account base.
    • Working closely with sales, service and admin to ensure successful installation of products and services.
    • Maintain a complete knowledge of program features, benefits, value proposition, tools and processes and must understand printer fleet dynamics, strategy, and pricing models.
    • Assist in implementation of all MPS programs, primary point of contact for MPS.
    • Monitoring software and taking the appropriate action on new and stale devices.
    • Maintaining the MPS data base integrity and keeping it in sync with the billing system.
    • Coordinates the ordering, shipping and billing of consumables while communicating with the customer.
    • Establishing and monitoring consumable products codes and prices within the billing system.
    • Creates/ provides all necessary reports to customers and sales reps.
    • Cross training of personnel to monitor service/supplies.
    • Procedure development- shipping of consumables from various vendors, cost savings ideas, efficiency improvements.
    • Maintaining vendor relationships and leveraging to benefit cost savings.
    • Working in multiple systems to complete assigned tasks.
    • Other duties as assigned



    Supervised: Reports directly to Contracts Manager


    Job Related Dimensions

    • Copier/office solutions industry experience preferred
    • E-Auto and Print Audit experience highly preferred
    • Team player, Exceptional communication skills, strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional manner, very organized
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and form business relationships with both internal and external customers
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
    • Maintain high levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly, professional and positive attitude
    • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, Powerpoint)




    • HS Diploma or GED
    • Preferred: Associates Degree or 2 years+ of college
    • coursework or equivalent training


    Physical Demands & Work Environment

    • Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time.
    • Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.
    • Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.
    • Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion.
