    UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Branch Coordinator to join our team in Chico, CA.

    UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers.  UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations. 

    The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:

    Department: Admin
    Reports To: Director of Operations

    Essential job functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Cross Functional lead, Sales, Logistics and Operations
    • Follow Orders to completion
    • Review Sales Orders when there are kickbacks from Order Processing
    • Identify areas for improvement with Sales Admins
    • Organize and Lead Sales Admin Meetings
    • Communicate new processes to Sales Admins
    • Fill in during sales admin absence when necessary
    • Travel Required – must visit each branch admin minimum of once a quarter based on needs
    • Support and understand all aspects of Sales Admin roll not limited to the below items
      • Creating and submitting sales orders - following up with reps and/or customers
      • Proposals: Assist in creating and gathering information
      • CRM entry and updating customer information in database
      • Retrieving meter counts and service history
      • Retrieving contract and cost information for Account Reviews
      • Submit for credit approvals & retrieve buyout/trade up information
      • Contact customers regarding equipment delivery, pick up & moves.
      • Retrieving sales information from Laserfiche for reps (i.e. contracts, D&A’s, etc.)
      • Tracking Sales orders
      • Works with order processing in Chico to maintain sales order accuracy/assist with open order issues
      • Assist sales representatives with gathering and input of Document Technology Assessment

    • Works closely with Sales Manager to help ensure sales representatives adhere to office policies and procedures
    • Review Daily Sales Reports
    • Understand OITT’s Process and Procedures

    Skills Required:

    • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent follow through skills
    • Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently

    • Good understanding of the business transaction cycle
    • Ability to work in a “team oriented” environment
    • Ability to work independently and work well under pressure

    Experience, Education and Training:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative/sales environment
    • Supervisor / Management Experience Preferred
    • College degree strongly preferred
