UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Austin, Texas.
UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.
The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:

Purpose
This position is for a Senior Graphic Designer. A Senior Graphic Designer has a proven track record of working successfully in a fast-paced agency or corporate marketing team. The Senior Graphic Designer will work directly with the Creative Supervisor to complete a wide variety of marketing projects including, but not limited to, website design, printed collateral, social media, online business profile management, digital marketing and more.
The Senior Graphic Designer will report to the Head of Marketing, but will also take direction from the Creative Supervisor. The Senior Graphic Designer will also contribute to the discussion of strategy and overall company goals as a core member of the national marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Responsibilities and required skills include, but are not limited to the following:
- Demonstrate an exceptional level of skill in the area of visual design in all media including print, digital assets, web design, motion graphics, etc.
- Can demonstrate expert level competency in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of Products – Primary Focus on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Also has working knowledge of all other Adobe programs and how they work together.
- High level working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products and the ability to design in Microsoft programs such as Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- Strong Experience with B2B clients either in an agency environment or internal marketing team
- Candidate has a rich, strong portfolio that demonstrates technical skills, design fundamentals and showcases an ability to design in a multichannel, multimedia environment
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively cross-manage multiple projects at one time
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Has the ability to accept feedback, take direction, deliver contrastive criticism and deliver on commitments as a member of a larger marketing team
- Has working knowledge of web development and the role design plays in UX, UI and driving user behavior
- Displays the ability to write clear and effective copy when needed
- Upholds the highest standards in spelling, grammar, syntax, and style
- Comfortable working directly with sales professionals, administrative staff and corporate executives.
- Experience with digital marketing, marketing automation – Hubspot / Marketo, CRM, and other sales enablement technology is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a demanding workload

Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of professional design experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent training and related experience

- Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion
