    UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire an IT Systems Administrator II to join our team in Roseville, California.

    UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Canon, Ricoh, Xerox and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.

    FLSA Status: Full-Time / Non-Exempt


    Purpose

    Ubeo is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator who enjoys making technology work seamlessly for users while keeping systems secure. This position is central to our daily operations, ensuring that users have the reliable tools they need to succeed.


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for business applications
    • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory, M365 and other core systems
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across the organization
    • Deploy and maintain workstations, servers, and applications
    • Support and understand Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, SharePoint, Office365, NPS, and Active Directory
    • Support IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations
    • Perform vulnerability detection, remediation, and systems patching
    • Manage time effectively while maintaining accurate ticket documentation
    • Communication clearly with end users to keep them informed of ticket status and resolution

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 3 Years minimum in the IT field or work-related experience 
    • A valid driver’s license and good driving record 
    • Excellent customer service skills 
    • Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills 
    • Must be a self-starter 
    • Must be capable of working independently 
    • Ability to handle high stressful situations and thrive under pressure 
    • Impeccable Integrity and Honesty 
    • Ability to take constructive feedback from Management, or Peers  
    • Willingness to learn new processes/practices, apply them and train others 

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

    • Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time
    • Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications
    • Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms
    • Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion

    Remuneration for this role: $16.90 - $44.00 per hour. Individual compensation packages are competitive and commensurate based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
