    How do I access the portal?

    You can access the payment portal by visiting  in any web browser. You can also click the personalized payment link provided in your emailed invoices.

    Is my data secure?

    Yes. Our portal is PCI-DSS 4.0 compliant, which means your payment and personal information is processed securely and transmitted using strong encryption. Our site partners with the NMI Payment Gateway, audited annually and adhering the industry’s highest level of certification and PIC standards. 

    Who can use this payment portal?

    The portal is available to all customers who need to make payments for sales, service, and contract invoices

    What payment methods are accepted?

    • Credit Card: A 3% processing fee applies.
    • ACH (Bank Transfer): No additional fees.

    Can I save my payment details for future use?

    Yes. You can securely save your payment details during checkout. You can also set up AutoPay and manage or remove saved payment methods at any time from your account settings.

    How long does it take for a payment to be processed?

    Payments are processed instantly, though it may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account dashboard.

    • Credit card payments typically clear in 1–3 business days.
    • ACH payments may take 3–7 business days.

    You’ll receive a confirmation email once your payment has been successfully processed.
