We are becoming UBEO!
We are excited to announce that, effective April 1st, 2025, Centric Business Systems will transition to operating under the UBEO Business Services brand. This change aligns us with our parent company, UBEO Business Services, and enhances our ability to provide superior solutions while maintaining the exceptional service you've come to expect.
We are now taking another step in that process.
As of April 1st, 2025, Centric Business Systems is now operating under the UBEO brand name in all our locations. The changes you may notice will mostly be cosmetic, such as our building signage, our vehicle wraps, and our employee uniforms. There are some other key changes we would like to bring to your attention.
Key Changes
Here are some of the changes you may notice as it pertains to the Centric to UBEO brand transition.
The centricbiz.com website will be redirected to UBEO.com by the end of 2025.
For users that currently utilize our online customer service portal for ordering supplies and placing service calls, they can find the same service portal today at ubeo.com. The direct link to the East Region customer portal is not changing and will continue to work for those users that have bookmarked the page.
Every “centricbiz.com” email address will change from “@centricbiz.com” to “@ubeo.com.”
Another change is our email addresses. As an example, “jsmith@centricbiz.com” will become jsmith@ubeo.com. The new AP/AR emails are slightly different from the original emails in structure. If you need to email our AP or AR department, please use ueAP@ubeo.com or ueAR@ubeo.com.
