    UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Branch Sales Administrator in Fresno, CA.

    UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations. 

    The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:

    Department: Administration
    Reports To: Sales Admin Supervisor
    FLSA Status: Full-Time  (Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Our growing company is looking to fill the role of Branch Sales Administrator.

    Job Summary: Oversee the activities of employees; hire, train and evaluate new employees; and ensure that Branch’s is on track to meet its financial goals. Develop and implement budgets, prepare reports for executive management and ensure the Branch’s complies with company policies.   


    Responsibilities

    Assisting Sales:

    • Assess the performance of the branch against business goals and plans
    • Performance evaluations; to provide an opportunity to set goals, motivate, develop, coach and council employee’s
    • Monitor & Review employee’s daily SOP (standard operation procedures) such as compass, proposals, order submissions, commissions, quotes, etc.  
    • Business planning; develop business goals, and designing strategies and organizing business resources to advance goals
    • Reviews Rep Forecast, activity & business plans 
    • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, transmitting text, data, and graphics
    • Maintains internal and external confidentiality at all times
    • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing Branch’s goals needed.
    • Prepares new sales representatives orientation, introduce UBEO procedure, compass processes; providing resources and assistance
    • Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
    • Compass Support training sessions on Compass Sherpa
    • Managing training and conference room events
    • Support Executive Management with Facilitating meetings, agendas, and scheduling needs
    • Reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; initiating telecommunications 
    • Locates space and book event space when needed, arrange catering, order supplies, and make travel arrangements when needed, order event signs, meet the quality expectations.
    • Gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions.
    • Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to help staff make decisions about event possibilities.
    • Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
    • Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters.
    • Assist with managing on-site production and cleanup for events as necessary.
    • Work with Marketing dept. on nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc.
    • Close out all events as required.
    • Preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to staff directors for each event project.
    • Keep track of event finances including check requests, invoicing, and reporting.
    • Coordinate appointments scheduling of events on the calendar.
    • Understand new equipment and techniques
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies, 

    Customer Service:

    • Assist walk-in customers as needed
    • Offer ultimate customer service both internally and externally

    Qualifications

    • Minimum three years’ experience in an administrative/sales environment
    • College degree strongly preferred
    • BA Degree
    • 5+ years of related work experience

    Physical Demands & Work Environment

    • Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time
    • Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications
    • Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms
    • Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion

    Remuneration for this role: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour. Individual compensation packages are competitive and commensurate based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
