The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:

Purpose
The ECM Engineer is responsible for the implementation, troubleshooting, and other post support of our ECM solutions. The ECM Support Engineer will remotely work with our customers’, their IT staff, as well as decision makers.Responsibilities
- Laserfiche and DocuWare Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; including workflows and forms
- Assisted engineers trouble shooting ECM issues
- Scanning and advanced capture configuration
- Provide Uncommonly GREAT customer service
- Provide Customer End User Training on Software Suite
- Understanding and addressing the business requirements for prospective and current customer opportunities in supporting the solution selling sales cycle
- Architect solutions with ECM software to digitize business processes
- Scope of Work development and documentation
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Escalate service or project issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
- Utilize remote access solutions: VPN, RDP
- Enter all work as service or project tickets into our system – ConnectWise Manage

Qualifications
- 5+ years’ ECM Experience
- Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCITP, MCSA, or MCSE, Net+
- Understanding of network protocols and traffic DHCP, DNS, SMTP, SNMP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, SSL, TLS
- Understanding of business processes such as: AP, AR, HR, Purchasing, etc
- Knowledge of CSS, Javascript, jquery, or C#
- Microsoft SQL Query/Maintenance

- Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications.
- Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required.
