UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Strategic Pricing Analyst to join our team in Austin, TX.

UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations. 

The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:

Purpose

The Strategic Pricing Analyst leads pricing strategy for Strategic Accounts, manages Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts, and oversees the Vendor Credit process. This role partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize pricing, ensure contract compliance, and support profitable growth.

• Lead regional pricing strategy, governance, and approval workflows
• Monitor pricing and contract compliance; identify and correct margin leakage
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance on deal pricing, forecasting, and rebate accruals
• Prepare executive reporting on pricing performance, margin trends, and GPO effectiveness
• Maintain and update strategic pricing catalogs
• Improve pricing and contract processes, tools, and data accuracy
• Manage all aspects of GPO contracts, including pricing, negotiation, implementation, ongoing maintenance, and portal catalog updates
• Works directly with Finance, Sales, Strategic Partners, Marketplace VPs and Region President

• Gross margin improvement and reduced pricing leakage
• GPO contract compliance and audit outcomes
• Rebate accuracy and alignment to forecast
• Pricing approval turnaround time
• Contract utilization and profitability by GPO and customer segment

Supervision: Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years in pricing, contracts, or revenue management
• 2+ years of GPO contract management experience
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders
• Attention to details and ability to thrive in fast paced, high deadline environment

• Ability to sit at desk for prolonged periods at times
• Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications
• Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms
• Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion
