    UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Workflow Software Project Manager to join our team in Austin, TX.

    UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Xerox, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations. 

    The primary responsibilities of this position is as follows:

    Department: ProIT
    Reports To: ECM Engineering Manager
    FLSA Status: Full-Time / Exempt


    Purpose

    The Workflow Software Project Manager is responsible to manage projects that focus on document and data workflows for customers.  This position requires managing projects that convert technical knowledge into action utilizing technology to accomplish the goals of customers.  This will entail managing technology projects for customers by managing the cost, time, scope constraints, and facilitating great communication.  The Project Manager works closely with our Engineers and account managers to ensure our customers’ expectations are met on time and on budget.     Responsibilities

    • Ensure GREAT communication throughout the project life cycle
    • Develop project plans, SOWs, goals, and budgets: identify resources needed, develop schedules and measure results in our PSA system
    • Understand overall project objectives, as well as the role and function of each project team member
    • Ensure the project objectives and requirements are clear and agreed upon by all team members
    • Coordinate installation and deployment of technology that meet quality assurance standards
    • Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion with budgetary requirements
    • Drive problem investigation and resolution as required
    • Ensure that risks are identified, communicated, and mitigated and that projects are delivered successfully through to production

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • 5+ years’ Document Management Software Project Experience
    • Understanding of basic IT infrastructure

    • Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time
    • Ability to talk on the phone and work with various computer tools and applications
    • Ability to type and compose written communication in various forms
    • Ability to lift 20+lbs on occasion
