Hello, today we're going to be reviewing setting up a print queue for a Chromebook with a Canon copier. There are some items which you need before starting. First, you will need the copier model, the copier IP address, and to have internet access.

To begin, you're going to open up these settings on your Chromebook. From here, you're going to navigate to the Devices tab and select Print, under Printers and Scanners. Next, you're going to select Add a printer manually. From here, you're going to give a name for this - this is just the identifier, so you can name this whatever you want. For this demonstration, we'll be giving it the name of the model. And we're going to then provide the IP address.

Next, from the drop-down list for Protocol, we're going to select AppSocket TCP/IP, and then select Add. From here, we're going to select the model of the printer by choosing Canon as the manufacturer, and then searching for the applicable model which you have.

If your model does not show up, you have one of two options. First, you can choose the model which is closest to yours, however, the functionality may not be the same for your copier. Or, you can choose Generic for the manufacturer and then choose either Generic Color PCL 6 or Generic Greyscale PCL 6 depending on the functionality of your copier. In this case, the model is present, so I will choose that.

Next, you're going to select Add. Now you can see the printer you just added showed up in your list of printers. From here, we're going to test a print page. You're going to select Print, and under Destination you can select See more and choose the device you just added. We're going to then select Print.

From here, if you select Print jobs, you can see the job that you just submitted in the list here, and you can see it as Completed. This will conclude the video. Thank you.
