In this video, I'll cover how to unload and load paper roll number one. From the home page, you can choose either the grid menu on the left or the right. Next, choose Paper. You can see your rolls: Roll 1 and Roll 2. I'm going to choose Row 1, and click Unload.
Please note: The T2600 takes paper rolls with a maximum width of 36” with 2” cores.
Next, it will indicate that it's ready to load. Choose Load. The arrow shows that you can now open the door for the paper roll. Open roll number one. It's already been released and just slides out. Next, after removing the roll, with the spindle up (I found that sometimes the spindle is difficult to pull off), unlock [it]. I hold it a little bit with my feet [for support] and remove [it]. After replacing the roll, insert it back down tight, and lock the spindle.
Next, to reinsert the new roll: the paper always goes in towards the machine; slide it in and gently aim straight down. You'll see the groove; allow a little slack and roll slowly until the machine catches, and you hear a beep. The display will indicate that it's loading roll 1.
Next, select the paper category. At the top, it will show recently used, which makes it convenient, or you can choose from a list. In this case, we'll choose recently used, bright white bond paper. Next, if you do know the length, you can choose a length, or if unknown, just choose Unknown. Now, it indicates that it's ready to close. The paper has been successfully loaded, and it's ready.
