In this video, I'll demonstrate the Program feature on the Konica machine for copying and scanning. In the top left, you'll see a button that says Program. The Program feature allows you to set quick keys for jobs that require multiple steps, or that you do frequently.

So let's set up a job. Let's say that we want our job to be black and white, we want to choose a specific drawer, and we want it to be two-sided - one-to-two-sided - and possibly a staple.

Now click on Programming. There's a list of not registered, or if you had pre-registered, they would have names. So let's click on Not Registered, any of the buttons, and then Register. We'll call this one “test” and [click] OK. [Click] Close and Reset to go back to the defaults.

If I need that Program again, click on Program, click on “test”, and [then click] Recall. It's ready to go. Click on the home screen to return to home.
