In this video, I'll demonstrate the User Box feature on the Konica machine. From the home screen, click on User Box. Your options are Public and System. System is where you can release a secure print job if you sent a secure print from your print driver. In Public, you can create however many boxes you want. In this case, I have one box already created. To create a new one, click New. Give it a box number, and you'll have a new box. Click on the box to open it. This box is currently empty.

To save a new document, place the document in the feeder and click Save. You can see your options. Is it two-sided, is it color, etc.? What would you like the file name to be? And then [click] Start.

To reprint this, click on the box, open, highlight your document, click Print and Start. Or, you can send it [by clicking Send]. This opens up the feature showing all of the registered addresses. You can send it to an email, you can move it to another box, you can copy it to another box, or you can delete that document.

This is a great feature for forms that stay the same, manuals, or anything that you would like to have easy access for reprinting. Click Reset. To return to the home screen, click on the house.
