In this video, I'll demonstrate external access and changing toner and supplies on the Kyocera 408ci.

Let's talk about toner first. Open the door; [there are] four cartridges: colored, very simple. Just slides out. Slide a new one in.

Below the toners is a waste toner bottle. [Find the] blue lines, a little lever, [and] pull to remove. Then line up a new one and pop [it] in.

Above the toner is the internal finisher. Open [it]; this is the staple cartridge. [Find the] blue lever, push down, pull out. There's a stack of staples and a clear cartridge with an arrow facing up. Pop this out when it's empty, [then] pop a new cartridge in.

External access to the machine, starting at the top: the document feeder, pull [it] to open. Moving down to the paper drawers. The first drawer - 500 sheets - there's the max line. There's also a max line for envelopes. This drawer can be adjusted up to legal size. This drawer is identical to the first drawer. I have legal paper in this drawer. The bottom drawer is a 2,000-sheet letter tray, with four rings, there's the max line.

External access on the side: [there’s] a door here, one here, and one here for the paper path going up and across. Also, this is where you have your bypass tray for external paper that’s not normally in the drawer. On the side is the USB port, and here's your exit tray.
