In this video, I'll demonstrate using the USB drive on the Kyocera 408ci.

I have a flash drive inserted into the USB port on the side of the machine. From the home screen, click on the USB Drive app. This is a list of folders within that flash drive. Within this particular folder, I have two documents: one is a Word file, and one is a PDF. It does recognize the Word file; however, it is designed to print only image files, PDFs, or JPEGs.

Click on the file, then click on Print. Your options will appear for printing. Click Start to print.

Going back, you also have the option to store a file. Click Store File, load your document into the document feeder, and choose your scan settings: color, black and white, if it's a two-sided original, etc. Click Start.

When you're finished, click on Remove USB > OK. You can remove your flash drive.
