The document server on Ricoh machines is a helpful feature for saving forms, manuals, and anything that stays the same that you want to reprint.

From the homepage, click on Document Server. The shared folder is always there. You can create additional folders as well.

To load a document into the document server, click on To Scanning Screen. As you can see, this resembles the copy screen. In this screen, we are telling the document server what our original is. Is it color? Is it two-sided? We do want a file name it. It has a default name; we can delete that, and we'll call it Test. [Click] Okay,

I've named my document. Hit Start. To reprint, click on the shared folder, highlight the document, choose your quantity, and [click] Start.

Documents can also be edited. The file name can be edited, and you can delete the file as well. In addition, you can preview the file. If you have a multi-page form and you want to duplex, make it two-sided, or staple, go to Printing Screen, and you'll have your options here for that print.
