Programming presets on the Ricoh machines. In Copier and in Scanner, there's a feature called Recall Program/Change Program. Within the program, you have 25 presets available.

This is a nice way to save jobs that you set up. For example, if I had full color, two-sided to two-sided, pulling from a specific drawer, and I do this on a regular basis, before it clears out, click on Recall Program/Change Program, click on an empty program, name it, and [press] OK. [Press] Exit and Reset. To recall the program, click on Recall Program/Change Program. You can see two-sided color; click on it, and it's ready to go.
