    UBEO Business Services, the premier provider of business technology products and services, is seeking to hire a Creative Designer to join our team in Austin, TX!

    UBEO is a distributor/servicer of document equipment and software solutions. Primary products include Canon, Ricoh, Xerox and Konica Minolta multi-functional equipment and Kyocera printers. UBEO specializes in electronic document management software and integrations.

    Purpose

    UBEO Business Services is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires a creative professional with a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency across both print and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to produce compelling visuals that support campaigns, sales enablement, internal communications, events, and product promotions.


    Responsibilities:

    • Design and produce marketing collateral for both digital and print, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, signage, and web assets.
    • Ensure all creative deliverables align with UBEO’s brand identity, tone, and visual standards.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that support campaign objectives and strategic messaging.
    • Translate complex information into clear, visually engaging layouts.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
    • Prepare files for professional printing and coordinate with vendors as needed.
    • Support the development of in-house templates and brand guidelines.
    • Assist with basic copywriting and proofreading of headlines and content when needed.
    • Contribute to brainstorming and creative direction discussions.

    Preferred Skills

    • Knowledge of web design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD.
    • Experience creating motion graphics or basic video editing.
    • Understanding of print production processes and best practices.
    • Ability to interpret brand strategy into visual assets that support business goals.
    • A portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design capabilities, from corporate to creative.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
    • 3–5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house marketing or agency setting.
    • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat); working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus.
    • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
    • Experience designing for digital platforms (web, email, social media) and knowledge of responsive design principles.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
    • Basic copywriting and proofreading skills with attention to detail and tone.
    • Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) is a plus.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
