RMC is now UBEO!
As you may remember, The Ray Morgan Company joined UBEO back in November of 2018. This partnership has allowed the Ray Morgan Company (RMC) to continue as we have, for 66 years, as a community-based and client-driven organization. Since 2018, we have been integrating our operations and other best practices with UBEO nationally. Through that process, we have improved our customer experience, our product offerings, and so much more.
We are now taking another step in that process.
As of October 1st, 2022, The Ray Morgan Company is now operating under the UBEO brand name in all our locations. The changes you may notice will mostly be cosmetic, such as our building signage, our vehicle wraps, and our employee uniforms. There are some other key changes we would like to bring to your attention.
Key Changes
Here are some of the changes you may notice as it pertains to the Ray Morgan Company to UBEO brand transition.
The raymorgan.com website will be redirected to UBEO.com
For users that currently utilize our online customer service portal for ordering supplies and placing service calls, they can find the same service portal today at ubeo.com. The direct link to the West Region customer portal is not changing and will continue to work for those users that have bookmarked the page. Note the branding on the Ray Morgan customer portal will soon be updated to UBEO.
Every “raymorgan.com” email address will change from “@raymorgan.com” to “@ubeo.com.”
Another change is our email addresses. As an example, “jsmith@raymorgan.com” will become jsmith@ubeo.com. The new AP/AR emails are slightly different from the original emails in structure. If you need to email our AP or AR department, please use apwest@ubeo.com or arwest@ubeo.com.
W9 - DBA UBEO Business Services
The new W9 for our West region is available now! It is important to note that the Ray Morgan Company EIN number DID NOT CHANGE. The only change is the is DBA information on the form. Download a new copy of our updated W9 below.
